  • No Retroactive Cancellations – Cancellations take effect the day we receive your request. Any fees or charges already incurred will still be due.

  • Final Transactions – Once a payment or benefit is processed, it’s final.

  • No Chargebacks – By joining, you agree not to request chargebacks from your bank or payment provider for any payments made to us.
